Travel must be for company business and on a United or United Express® flight.
The ticket must be booked through the corporate account, which will include a unique corporate tour code.
To receive benefits the ticket must be on United ticket stock (the ticket number will start with 016).

Preferred upgrades

Customers receive tie-breaker preference for upgrades.

PassPlus Exec

Preferred downgrade and denied boarding protection

Starting in Q4 2018, customers receive higher prioritization and are less likely than non-corporate customers to be downgraded to a lower cabin or involuntary denied boarding in the event a flight is oversold.

Preferred reaccommodation

Customers receive increased consideration for better reaccommodation outcomes when a flight is delayed or canceled.

Customers receive higher prioritization when standing by for an earlier same-day flight (same origin and destination).

Customers will enjoy Group 2 priority boarding starting in Q4 2018.

Customers will enjoy access to preferred seats in Q4 2018. These standard-legroom seats will typically be closer to the front of the aircraft behind United® Premium Plus and Economy Plus®.

Customers have use of a special waiver code for increased flexibility to change travel plans regardless of the waiver parameters issued.

Customers receive preference in retaining their original seat assignment or seat attributes (such as aisle, window, etc.) in the event of an aircraft swap.
